Got obsessed with iMacs, cracked open hardware, built and sold PCs to whoever had cash. Threw together websites way before “design thinking” became tasteless inclusion in the corporate PowerPoints. Engineering classes by day, freelancing by night. Failed fast, failed often. Startups died. Products crashed. Broke once again.

Met some great minds at Moonraft Innovation Labs, got a job, learned from the best. Built experiences for various top brands, and made a dent on the digital banking universe. Ended up building and running a UX design studio in South Africa within a decade. No MBA. No defined roadmap. Just war scars and output.

Then I saw AI coming. Dropped titles. Got out of my super comfort zone. Took the hit. Joined Lowe’s and —
